From Sierra Espuña to the north-western ranges: pine forests planted over a century ago that now give saffron milk caps when it rains. We follow 462 zones of about five kilometres in Murcia, each with its own forecast for the next fifteen days. The forest of Murcia is still waiting. When its moment comes, it will be mostly the king oyster mushrooms, the saffron milk caps and the bronze boletes.
