These terms govern the use of www.micomapa.com. By using the site you accept them; if you do not agree with them, do not use it.

Who provides the service

micomapa is a service of Louzet Tech, S.L.U., with tax ID (NIF) B66659350, whose full details are set out in the legal notice.

The service

micomapa publishes, free of charge and without registration, a forecast of the conditions for mushrooms to come up in zones of about five kilometres, by species and by day, as well as a weekend mushroom report and a profile of each species. Its content may change, be expanded or cease to be published without prior notice.

A forecast, not a guarantee

• Forecasts are estimates and may be wrong. A zone shown at its peak does not guarantee that there will be mushrooms, and a zone shown as asleep does not guarantee that there will be none.
• micomapa does not identify species or locate specimens, and the images in the species profiles are not suitable for identifying them. Many toxic mushrooms, and some deadly ones, are mistaken for edible ones. Do not eat any mushroom you have not identified beyond any doubt; if in doubt, consult a mycological society. In the event of possible poisoning, call 112 or the Toxicological Information Service (Servicio de Información Toxicológica), 91 562 04 20.
• Picking is regulated by each autonomous community and, on much forest land, by its owners: it may require a permit, be limited in quantity or be prohibited in protected areas. micomapa does not provide information on permits, regulated picking areas (cotos) or who owns each piece of land; find out before you go.
• Going out into the hills carries risks: finding your way, steep terrain, weather, the hunting season. Each person is responsible for their own safety and for respecting the environment.
• To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for any damage arising from the use of the published information, such as journeys, fines, accidents or poisoning.

How it may be used

• You may consult the site freely for your personal use.
• The forecasts can also be consulted with software and assistants, through the public addresses explained at /llms.txt. They may be quoted provided that micomapa is stated as the source and www.micomapa.com is linked.
• Without the owner's permission, you may not copy or redistribute the forecasts in bulk, resell them or consult them at a rate that overloads the service.
• Attempting to access non-public parts of the site or to interfere with its operation is not permitted.

Intellectual property

The texts, images, design, brand, logo and forecasts of micomapa belong to its owner. Third-party data used by micomapa is governed by its own licences, which are detailed in Notices and credits.

Links to other sites

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. micomapa does not control their content and is not responsible for it.

Availability

The service is provided as is and as available. It may be interrupted or change without prior notice, for example when the data it depends on fails or during maintenance work.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date of its last update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
